We're back to teaching in-person classes!!
Whether you’ve always wanted to dance or have danced your whole life, we have a class, workshop, or session for you to get excited about. Here you will gain the confidence you’ve always wanted when learning dance and have a “safe space” for you to simply let go and be yourself.
We provide training starting at a Beginner level all the way up to Advanced Choreography based training sessions, regular weekly classes, and monthly workshops.
We also have an innovative dance fitness program that is sure to get you the workout your body will love.
Where should You start?
- I have never danced before but I want to start -
We could not be more excited to offer one of our newest Choreography class that is absolutely for beginners. We know how it feels to want to dance so badly but feel like you can’t keep up in a choreography class.
So we have created Choreo 101 – A class where you learn BEGINNER Choreography at a BEGINNER’S pace. This is our first level of hip hop choreography training. So if you have ever taken our Hip Hop 4 Starters class and felt the pace may have been too fast or you have been intimidated at the thought of taking your first ever choreography class, THIS CLASS IS FOR YOU!
This is our hip hop workout class dedicated to fitness training. It is a combination of energetic hip hop music and hip hop dance moves that allows you to actually enjoy an hour of exercise related to past/current hip hop music. This class is co-taught between Susie and Rishone.
- I danced when I was younger and want to get back into it -
This class is geared towards new movers who want to learn the fundamentals of hip hop. It is also a great class for experienced hip hop dancers who want to hone in and perfect their hip hop technique. We start out with stretching, a warm up, then we dive into some choreography. Rishone takes time to dissect the movement on a granular level for the students, meaning no dance experience is required for this class. Come as you are and we’ll teach you how to move! Perfect for beginners of dancers who want to spruce up their Hip Hop Technique.
We offer monthly workshops in various styles including Hip Hop, Dancehall, Dancehall Fusion, and Burlesque Infused Hip Hop. These workshops are for you if you have prior dance experience and are looking for a challenge!
