Online Class Info

How the online classes will work:

1. Sign up for class through Vagaro, like you normally would.

Note: You must have a Gmail email address in your Vagaro account, and you must sign up at least one hour before the start of the class to give us enough time to give you access to the live stream.

2. At least 1 hour before the start of the class, you will receive an email in your Social folder of your Gmail account with a link to the private live stream.

Be sure to check to make sure you have the link at that time.

3. Click that link to get into the class.

4. Then we DANCE!

Not able to attend the class live? No worries!

For all online classes, you’ll be able to access the live stream replay at any time.

So even if you’re not able to attend the actual class time, you can still take the class with us!

I missed the sign up for my favorite routine! Can I still learn it?

Yes! Click here to check out all our class replays for purchase. Learn at your own convenience!

Can I use my old class package for the online classes?

In short, yes! Just reach out to us, and we can transfer the remaining dollar amount on your old package to a gift certificate on your account. From there, you can use that gift certificate to book single classes or take advantage of our new “Quarantine Relief” Class Packages! Be sure to message us if you would like us to transfer your old package.

What if I’m experiencing tech issues during the live?

Try refreshing by closing out of the video then reopening from the link in your Gmail. If the issue persists, let us know in the live chat so we can work to fix it for you!

I heard you’re giving away free classes.. How do I get in on that?

We’re giving away 1 free class for each one of our weekly classes! Be on the lookout for a new way to enter each week.
